Thuringia Livestock Keepers Register (Update)

The Thuringia Livestock Keepers Register has been actively in use since 22nd December. It contains all operating sites and operators (business owners) which, according to the Thuringia Animal Disease Law, the Livestock Transport Order, the Fish Disease Prevention Ordinance and the Bee Disease Ordinance, are subject to reporting. The unification and standardisation of master data on various procedures forms the basis for an efficient and reliable exchange of specialist data.

The software systems of the veterinary authorities (BALVI iP), the TSK and the central reporting system HiTier are currently connected to the Central Livestock Keepers Register. In 2012, the responsible laboratory system will also be connected to it.
