New: On-site support

Our new on-site support and personalised training concept is especially directed to administrators (multipliers) of the local veterinary offices. They receive help and support specifically tailored to their individual needs regarding all questions associated with the installation of BALVI iP. Our training courses will take place on-site, on your premises.

Some of the services we offer on site are:

• all administrative business
• setting up letterhead and document templates
• scheduling of block inspection dates for the food establishments (TS)
• issuing animal health certificates (TS)
  
• scale of charges (FlHy)
  

The price per day is €650.
